Grañén modifies the fee for the use of the municipal gym

The Grañén City Council has provisionally approved the modification of Article 5 of Fiscal Ordinance No. 20, which regulates the Municipal Gym Use Fee. The agreement was adopted by the Plenary in an Extraordinary Session held on August 31, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca, number 171, dated September 8, 2026, with reference BOPH-2026-171012.
The decision, signed by the Mayor-President Mr. Carlos Sampériz Enguita on September 7, 2026, submits the file for public review for a period of thirty days, in accordance with the provisions of Article 17.2 of the Recast Text of the Law Regulating Local Treasuries, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5.

The regulatory change is being processed under file 1846665N, with NIF P2216200B, instructed by the competent services of the entity. The Plenary agreed to the provisional approval of the modification of the fiscal ordinance in its Extraordinary Session on August 31, 2026.
During the public exhibition period, any interested person may examine the file and submit any claims or allegations they deem appropriate. The period is calculated from the day following the insertion of the announcement in the official gazette.

Effects of the processing
If no claims have been submitted after the thirty-day period, the agreement will be considered definitively approved. The modification of Article 5 of Fiscal Ordinance No. 20 directly affects the users of the municipal sports service, as it updates the conditions of the fee taxing the use of the Grañén gym.
The publication in the official gazette opens the citizen participation phase, in which residents and users of the service may submit their observations before the modification becomes final.
