Govern fixa el forfet escolar diari a 13 euros per al curs 2026-2027

The Government has set the daily school ski pass at 13 euros per student and the monitor’s hour at 5.70 euros for the 2026-2027 skiing season. The agreement, adopted on October 21, 2026, and signed by the Head of Government, Xavier Espot Zamora, is published in the edict of the Official Bulletin of the Principality of Andorra (BOPA) no. 120, corresponding to October 22, 2026. The same text details the subsidies granted by the executive for extracurricular, university, and companion passes.

The edict, included in the Other Announcements section, complies with the Government agreement of October 21 and makes public the amounts that will be applied during the school year. The prices are published including IGI (indirect tax) and are financed through budget item 001794-PR0111-22683, destined for sports promotion. The subsidies, on the other hand, are charged to item 001794-Proj.0111-48238, for the extracurricular skiing subsidy.

The text refers to the School Skiing Regulations for the designation of companions, a competence that corresponds to the management of each school center. It also sets the age and registration requirements for beneficiaries, always calculated as of January 1, 2027.

Prices for the school pass and monitor’s hour

The executive’s agreement establishes three reference amounts, all including IGI:

  • Daily school pass per student: 13 €.
  • Monitor’s hour per student: 5.70 €.
  • Specialist monitor’s hour: 57 €.

These amounts are those listed in the edict published in the BOPA and replace those of the previous season for all skiing trips included in the school calendar.

Subsidies for extracurricular and university passes

The Government subsidizes extracurricular, university, and companion ski passes for the 2026-2027 season, with the following amounts and recipients:

  • Extracurricular pass: 114.68 €. Aimed at non-university students under 20 years old on January 1, 2027 (born after January 1, 2007) and non-students under 18 years old (born after January 1, 2009).
  • University pass: 107.83 €. Aimed at those over 18 years old on January 1, 2027 (born before January 1, 2009) and under 25 years old (born after January 1, 2002) with Andorran nationality or residents of the Principality who can justify enrollment in official higher education training.

Students in Andorra and abroad under 20 years old must be registered in the school census of the Government of Andorra. Non-student minors under 18 and university students must submit the pass application via the website www.e-tramits.ad.

Three age brackets for companion passes

Companion passes are divided into three brackets according to the age of the beneficiary, always designated by the center’s management:

  • Under 65 years: €272.80, for those over 18 as of January 1, 2027, and under 65 (born after January 1, 1962).
  • From 65 to 69 years: €354.66, for those over 65 (born up to January 1, 1962) and under 70 (born after January 1, 1957).
  • Over 70 years: €32.75, for those over 70 (born up to January 1, 1957) and under 75 (born after January 1, 1952).

Sales from October 23 to April 4

The sales period for extracurricular, university, and companion passes runs from October 23, 2026, to April 4, 2027, both dates inclusive. Passes can be purchased or collected at the Grandvalira Resorts stand located at the Illa Carlemany Shopping Center (av. Carlemany, 68, Escaldes-Engordany) and at the enabled station ticket offices starting from their opening day.

Online requests and payments, via bank card, are made at the website temporada.grandvaliraresorts.com. At physical points of sale, payment can be made in cash or by card, and this season, passes from the previous year can be topped up. Specific information regarding the extracurricular pass can be consulted on the Grandvalira, Pal Arinsal, and Ordino Arcalís websites.

The publication of prices and subsidies provides families with school-aged children the complete economic framework for the skiing season, from the daily cost of educational outings to the amount they can recover for passes used outside of school hours. It also sets deadlines and application channels, so that schools and families can plan registrations before sales begin on October 23.
