GORE Cajamarca calls for supervision of the Chilete food market

The Regional Government of Cajamarca (GORE Cajamarca) published this Tuesday, September 8, 2026, the call for selection process N° 022-2026-CEPIP-GRDE-OXI-GORECAJ, in its first call, to contract the Private Supervisory Entity that will oversee the execution of the project to improve the supply market in the town of Chilete. The announcement appears in the Legal Notices section of the Official Gazette El Peruano, in its September 8, 2026 edition, page 5.

The purpose of the call is to select the entity that will supervise the execution of the project “Improvement and Expansion of the Accessibility Service for the Acquisition of Basic Necessity Products in the Supply Market of the Town of Chilete, district of Chilete, province of Contumazá, department of Cajamarca”, identified with CUI N° 2611946, under the Works for Taxes mechanism.

Regulatory framework and project scope

The call is governed by Law N° 29230, which promotes Regional and Local Public Investment with private sector participation, its amendments, and its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree N° 038-2026-EF. The process is managed by the Special Committee chaired by Cesar Enrique Torres Marín, who digitally signed the call on September 3, 2026.

The reference cost of the service amounts to S/ 752,593.92 (seven hundred fifty-two thousand five hundred ninety-three and 92/100 soles), which includes:

• Supervision of project execution: S/ 735,343.92.
• Liquidation of project execution: S/ 17,250.00.
• Execution period: 540 days.

Selection process calendar

The official schedule, published in the bidding documents, establishes the following stages:

• Call and publication of bidding documents: September 8, 2026.
• Submission of expression of interest: from September 9 to 17, 2026.
• Inquiries and observations to the bidding documents: from September 9 to 17, 2026.
• Resolution of inquiries: from September 18 to 21, 2026.
• Integration and publication of bidding documents: September 22, 2026.
• Submission of proposals (Envelopes N° 1 and N° 2): from September 23 to 24, 2026.
• Evaluation of the technical proposal: from September 25 to 28, 2026.
• Award of the contract: September 29, 2026.

Participant registration is free and takes place at the Central Headquarters of GORE Cajamarca, at Jr. Santa Teresa de Journet N° 351, urbanización La Alameda, Cajamarca, from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00 hours. The hiring of the supervisory entity is a key step to ensure transparency and technical control of an investment that will improve access to basic necessity products in the Chilete supply market, in the province of Contumazá.
