Golmayo urgently approves 75,000 euro sports project

The Golmayo City Council has urgently approved the valued report for the project “Sports Facilities in Golmayo and Neighborhoods”, with a total execution budget of 75,000.00 euros (VAT included), and has submitted it for public review for eight days so that interested parties may present allegations. This is recorded in the Mayoral Resolution No. 2026-0403, dated August 20, 2026, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Soria number 99, dated August 26, 2026.
The action is listed as work no. 149 of the 2026 Provincial Council Plan, which places it within the economic cooperation program that the Provincial Council of Soria allocates to the municipalities of the province. The project was drafted by the municipal architect, Mr. José Mª del Río Balsa, and its approval via the urgent procedure responds to the need to expedite the formalities to execute the investment within the fiscal year.
Urgent Approval and Allegations Procedure
The resolution, signed by the mayor, Benito Serrano Mata, adopts the urgent procedure to release the valued report and immediately open the public exhibition period. During the eight days counted from the publication of the announcement in the official gazette, interested parties may submit any claims or allegations they deem appropriate.

The decision was adopted in Golmayo, on August 20, 2026, and is endorsed by the mayor’s signature on the municipal resolution.

The investment of 75,000 euros in sports facilities represents a direct improvement of the public equipment of Golmayo and its Neighborhoods, in a growing municipality of the Soria region.
