Golmayo approves the paving of La Cuesta de Villabuena

The Golmayo City Council has urgently approved the technical project for the paving and network replacement works on La Cuesta de Villabuena Street, an action funded by the General Local Economic Cohesion Fund for 2026. The decision was adopted through Mayoral Resolution No. 2026-0421, dated August 27, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Soria, number 103, dated September 4, 2026.
The project, drafted by the municipal I.T.O.P. (Municipal Technical Architect), Mr. Alberto Jiménez Barranco, has a total execution budget of 56,219.54 euros, VAT included. The action combines the renovation of the road surface with the replacement of the existing network, an intervention that directly affects the residents and businesses of the town.
Urgent Approval
The processing has been resolved via the urgent procedure, which allows for the streamlining of administrative deadlines for the execution of a work funded by local economic cohesion funds. The agreement was signed by the mayor, Benito Serrano Mata, on August 27, 2026.

The project is subject to public information for a period of eight calendar days, starting from the publication of the announcement on the Notice Board of the Golmayo City Council. During this period, interested parties may submit any claims or allegations they deem appropriate.
