Insular Environmental Management debates its continuity in the face of a possible public tender

The company Gestión del Medio Ambiente Insular, S.A. has called an extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting for November 4, 2026, in order to examine its continuity in view of the eventual call for a public tender for a new public waste service concession on the island of Mallorca. Why it matters
