Gelves puts out to tender the concession for the stalls of its food market

The Gelves City Council has opened the tender for the award of the administrative concession for the private use of the stalls at the Gelves Municipal Food Market. The operation was approved by Mayoral Resolution No. 2159/2026, dated September 14, 2026, and the announcement was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville No. 182, dated September 18, 2026, with official reference BOP-SE-2026-182021. The file is subject to public inspection for a period of twenty business days.

The specifications and the file

The published document is the Particular Administrative Clauses Specifications for the award, via tender, of the administrative concession for the private use of the municipal market stalls. The processing is supported by Article 64.1 of Decree 18/2006, of January 24, which approves the Regulations on Assets of Local Entities of Andalusia.

Twenty business days of public inspection

The file is subject to public inspection for a period of twenty business days, starting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville. During this period, any interested person may examine the file at the municipal offices, by appointment, and submit any allegations or claims they deem appropriate.

Successive calls and available stalls

The specifications establish the general conditions that will govern the successive calls for the award of the Municipal Food Market stalls that are available at any given time. The specific status of the stalls and which ones are subject to bidding will be determined in each call through the corresponding updated Annex.

This means that the text currently in the public information phase serves as a stable framework for the concession, while each specific opening of stalls will subsequently be articulated with its own annex. The announcement is included in section I of the bulletin, dedicated to Local Administration, and occupies page 97 of the issue.
