Gelves opens the concession for the Los Manantiales kiosk-bar to public tender

The Gelves City Council has opened for public review the administrative file for the private use concession of the kiosk-bar without a kitchen located in Los Manantiales Park, according to the announcement published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville no. 192, dated October 2, 2026 (reference BOP-SE-2026-192007). The public exhibition is ordered by Mayoral Decree no. 2166, dated September 14, 2026, signed by the acting mayor Pablo Cordero Herrera. Interested parties have 20 business days from the day following the publication to examine the file and submit allegations.
