Gelves eleva a definitiva la ordenanza del precio público

The Gelves City Council has made the modification of the Public Price Regulatory Ordinance final after confirming that no claims were submitted during the public exhibition period. This was announced by the acting mayor, Pablo Cordero Herrera, through a notice published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville number 175, dated September 9, 2026.

The modification was initially approved in a plenary session held on June 4, 2026, and published in the BOP of Seville number 113, dated June 15, 2026. Since no allegations were submitted, the initial plenary agreement is automatically elevated to final status, in accordance with the established procedure.

Processing of the file

The process took place in two successive phases: first, the initial approval in the plenary session and, subsequently, the public exhibition of the text so that residents could submit claims or suggestions.

  • Initial approval: plenary session of June 4, 2026.
  • Publication of the notice: BOP of Seville No. 113, June 15, 2026.
  • Allegation period: public exhibition with no claims submitted.
  • Elevation to final: automatic, as no claims were recorded.

Scope of the regulation

The ordinance regulates the public prices that the council applies to residents for the provision of certain municipal services. With the modification now final, the taxes and public prices applicable in the municipality are established, which must be taken into account by taxpayers in their dealings with the local administration.

The notice is electronically signed by the acting mayor Pablo Cordero Herrera on September 4, 2026, with the secure verification code 2CgBLvg8RUBDKIoOaSmf0w==.

Relevance for residents

The entry into force of the modified ordinance directly affects the residents of Gelves, who must adjust to the new public prices for the affected municipal services. As it is an agreement made final without allegations, the regulation is consolidated and fully applicable, and there is no longer a period for claims regarding its content.
