Rental assistance resolutions for Gaztelagun have been announced in Bizkaia

The Territorial Representative for Housing of Bizkaia has notified the resolution of files and requests for correction for the Gaztelagun rental assistance program, through two announcements published in the Boletín Oficial del País Vasco (BOPV) number 167, on September 2, 2026. The notifications were published with official references 2026/3773 and 2026/3774, and serve as individual notifications for the affected applicants.

The announcements were signed on July 23, 2026, by the territorial delegate MARIA DE LAS MERCEDES FERNANDEZ URCEY, in Bilbao. After unsuccessful attempts to provide personal notification to certain individuals, the announcement was published in accordance with Article 44 of Law 39/2015 on the Common Administrative Procedure.

Consequences and deadlines of the notification

The notifications will take effect from the day following their publication in the Boletín Oficial del Estado. Interested parties have the full text of the acts available at Alokabide’s customer service offices in the three territories:

• Vitoria-Gasteiz: Portal de Gamarra street, 1-A, ground floor.
• Bilbao: Ferrocarril avenue, 36, ground floor.
• Donostia / San Sebastián: Errotaburu promenade, number 1, 7th floor.

2026/3773: four files, different results

The first announcement includes four files, each with a different result:

• 71309873Y (reference 29321): denial resolution.
• 79368137J (reference 29486): withdrawal.
• 72599747V (reference 29724): favorable resolution.
• 16087247N (reference 29915): request for correction.

2026/3774: resolutions on extinction and allegations

The second announcement includes six files, most of which are related to the extinction of the assistance:

• 79046055T (reference 13033): initial extinction resolution, with refund of money.
• 45753434V (reference 12468): initial extinction resolution, without refund.
• Y5628543C (reference 14912): final extinction resolution, without refund.
• 72404038S (reference 17341): final resolution accepting allegations.
• 45751112H (reference 17608): modification.
• Y5584426V (reference 19393): final resolution accepting allegations.

These notifications are of direct importance to the affected applicants, as they determine the official outcome of their files and, in some cases, the obligation to refund money or the opportunity to present allegations. Interested parties must go to Alokabide’s offices to access the full text of their acts and present the corresponding resources.
