Gas Europa renews its board and Katia González assumes the presidency

Gas Europa, S.A. has completely renewed its governing body. Katia González Rodríguez assumes the presidency and the position of chief executive officer of the company, replacing Rodolfo González Díaz, according to the agreement registered in the Mercantile Registry of A Coruña on September 22, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME) number 190, dated October 1, 2026, with official reference 437460.

The announcement appears in the First Section (Entrepreneurs, Registered Acts) of the gazette, within the heading dedicated to the province of A Coruña, on page 46075. The registration was carried out in volume 2784, folio 57, section 8, page C 1193, entry I/A 25, dated September 22, 2026. The BORME is the official publication of the Mercantile Registry and provides public notice of registered corporate acts, with effects against third parties.

A complete handover at the top

The registry entry records the cessation of the previous administrators and the simultaneous appointment of the new officers, such that the board is entirely replaced. The reported cessations and resignations are as follows:
