Gallinero de Cameros tenders two mixed wild boar-deer drives.

El Ayuntamiento de Gallinero de Cameros has approved the economic-administrative terms and conditions and simultaneously tenders, by open procedure and with the most economically advantageous tender as the sole award criterion, two mixed wild boar-deer driven hunts in the Cameros-Demanda Regional Hunting Reserve, with a base price of EUR 2,600 plus VAT. The notice, with secure verification code BOR-A-20260813-V–412, is published in Section V. Announcements of the Official Gazette of La Rioja of Thursday, 13 August 2026 (No. 154, pages 14281-14282).

The notice (file number 202608100123917) is signed by the mayor, Federico Martínez Torres, on 10 August 2026, and places the terms and conditions governing the disposal of the hunting uses on public inspection. The tender is processed simultaneously with the public inspection period, although it will be postponed if objections are filed against the terms and conditions. The use is located in Coto RREG 16 of the Regional Hunting Reserve, with an award period of one year.

Subject matter and conditions of the use

The lot put out to tender comprises the following items:

• Two mixed wild boar-deer driven hunts within the grounds of the Cameros-Demanda Regional Hunting Reserve, in the municipality of Gallinero de Cameros.
• Hunting district: Las Renarias.
• Award period: one year.
• Base tender price: EUR 2,600 plus 21% VAT.
• Provisional security: 3% of the tender amount; final security: 5% of the award amount.

Submission of tenders and deadlines

Tenders shall be submitted to the secretariat of the Ayuntamiento de Gallinero de Cameros, between 11:00 and 13:00 hours:

• A period of fifteen calendar days counted from the day following the publication of the notice in the Official Gazette of La Rioja.
• Extension to the next working day when the last day of the period falls on a non-working day, or submission by any of the means provided for in Article 38 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
• The file documentation may be examined during office hours at the Town Hall secretariat during the submission period.
• The opening of tenders will be held in the Town Hall plenary hall at 11:00 hours on the first working Thursday following the end of the deadline.

Each tenderer shall deliver two envelopes that must be closed and may be wax-sealed or fitted with security seals, identified and signed:

• Envelope 1: documentation accrediting the legal personality and characteristics of the contractor.
• Envelope 2: economic tender, in accordance with the model in the terms and conditions, with the price in words and figures plus the corresponding VAT.

Expenses to be borne by the successful bidder

The successful bidder shall assume the costs of the forestry fees payable for the exploitation to the Autonomous Community of La Rioja:

• Entry fee for awarded hunting permit: EUR 280.32 per drive.
• Expenses derived from the announcement and others arising from the award of the contract.

The call conditions the next hunting season in the region: it defines who and under what conditions may organize big game drives in the Regional Hunting Reserve for one year, with economic guarantees set from the outset. The process is also subject to possible suspension if objections are raised to the specifications, which makes public exposure a decisive step both for interested hunters and for the management of the exploitation in the municipality of Gallinero de Cameros.
