Fundiciones Monfort enters voluntary bankruptcy and opens liquidation

The company Fundiciones Monfort SL in liquidation has been declared in voluntary bankruptcy by the Commercial Court number 1 of Lleida, which has also agreed to the opening of the liquidation phase and the appointment of a bankruptcy administrator. The final resolution is dated May 7, 2026, and was registered in the Mercantile Registry effective August 18, as stated in the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME) number 164, dated August 26, 2026.

The bankruptcy proceeding, registered under number 399/2026, was processed by Judge Eduardo María Enrech Larrea. The declaration of bankruptcy is voluntary, meaning that the company itself requested its entry into the insolvency process before the judicial body.
