Por FactBox Admin

The Territorial Service of Mobility and Digital Transformation of Zamora, under the Ministry of Mobility, Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence, has summoned the owners of estates affected by the improvement of the ZA-604 road for the payment of prior deposits and the drawing up of the final occupation records. The appointment will take place on September 11, 2026, at the Fuentelapeña Town Hall, between 10:30 and 12:30 hours. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León number 165, dated August 26, 2026, with reference BOCYL-D-26082026-165-8.
A preliminary procedure prior to the occupation of the estates
The procedure is part of the compulsory expropriation file initiated to execute Modified No. 1 of the “Project for the improvement of platform and surface. ZA-604, from La Bóveda de Toro (ZA-605) to Cañizal (CL-605). Section: La Bóveda de Toro (ZA-605)-Cañizal. P.K. 0+000 to 19+610. Zamora”, with key ACT 2.1-ZA-57 M1.
With the records prior to the occupation of the estates located in the municipality of Fuentelapeña already drawn up, the Territorial Service now proceeds, under Article 52.6 of the Compulsory Expropriation Law, to record the consignment of the amounts assigned as a prior deposit. Subsequently, the final occupation records will be drawn up and the affected assets and rights will be taken over.
Owners and affected estates
The list of owners, assets, and affected rights, displayed on the Town Hall notice board and published in the gazette, includes several estates in the municipality of Fuentelapeña with their corresponding expropriation areas:
- ALDA 2007, S.L., estate 1, polygon 1, plot 1046, cadastral reference 49093A00101046, with 1,440 m² affected.

One step closer to the improvement of the road
The call for applications represents an administrative step forward in the project to improve the platform and roadbed of the ZA-604, a road connecting La Bóveda de Toro with Cañizal over nearly 20 kilometers. The allocation of preliminary deposits and the subsequent taking of possession allow the regional administration to secure the land necessary to carry out the works.
For the residents and owners of Fuentelapeña, the September 11 appointment is the procedure that determines the financial compensation for the occupation of their estates, guaranteeing the right to indemnification provided for in expropriation legislation before the administration takes possession of the land.
