Por FactBox Admin

The Fuente Álamo de Murcia City Council published on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM) number 189, the extract of the call for complementary subsidies aimed at young people who completed an international training stay during the 2025/2026 academic year. The agreement is signed by the Mayor President, Juana María Martínez García, and is dated August 13, 2026. The identifier in the National Subsidies Database is BDNS 924895.
Purpose and award regime
The call regulates the granting of complementary municipal aid for young people registered in the municipality who have completed studies or internships in the field of university higher education or higher-level vocational training abroad. The line covers mobility carried out within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, the European programmes that replace it, or other international mobility scholarships or programmes. The processing is carried out under a non-competitive concurrence regime, under the protection of article 22.1 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, without comparison or priority between applications.
Amount of the aid
The maximum amount allocated to the entire call amounts to €3,000.00, charged to budget item 326.48003 of the current Municipal Budget, entitled “Complementary subsidies Erasmus scholarships”. The individual amount is set based on the number of terms accredited by the stay certificate from the destination centre:
- Two terms: €300.
- One term: €150.
Each applicant may be a beneficiary of a single aid per academic year; the same stay may not be subsidised in more than one call under this line.
Requirements for beneficiaries
Natural persons who have not reached 30 years of age by the end date of the application submission period and who meet the following requirements may apply:
- Be registered in Fuente Álamo de Murcia continuously for at least the year immediately prior to the start of the mobility, maintaining that status at the close of the application period (deregistration caused exclusively by the training stay abroad does not count).
- Not incur any of the prohibitions set out in article 13 of the General Subsidies Law or article 8 of the City Council’s General Subsidies Ordinance.
- Be up to date with tax obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency and with Social Security, with no debts in executive collection proceedings with the Administration of the Region of Murcia or with the City Council itself.
- Not have been sanctioned for improper justification of City Council subsidies in the two years prior to the publication of the call.
- Demonstrate academic achievement: having passed at least 70% of the enrolled ECTS credits (in the case of studies) or completed at least 70% of the planned duration (in the case of internships).
Deadline and submission of applications
The application period will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of the extract in the BORM. Applications must be submitted to the General Electronic Registry of the Fuente Álamo de Murcia City Council or through any of the means provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October. The required documentation includes the application form in Annex I (with responsible declarations), a copy of the ID card or NIE, a certificate from the home institution, a certificate of stay with dates, a Transcript of Records or internship certificate, and a bank document with IBAN in the applicant’s name.
Impact for young people from Fuente Álamo
This call reflects the commitment of the Fuente Álamo de Murcia City Council to supplement European mobility grants and alleviate part of the costs assumed by students during their stays abroad. Although the individual amount is moderate —a maximum of 300 euros per full stay— the non-competitive procedure guarantees that every application meeting the requirements will be resolved favourably until the credit is exhausted. Interested young people should act quickly, since the 20-business-day period begins to run from the publication on Tuesday 18 August in the BORM.
