Fuente Álamo approves the Partial Plan for Sector 42 of La Pinilla

The Local Government Board of the City Council of Fuente Álamo de Murcia has agreed to initially approve the Partial Plan Project for Sector No. 42, La Pinilla, within the municipal district, according to the Mayoral edict published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM) number 213, dated September 15, 2026, page 21054. The agreement was adopted in a session held on August 5, 2026, and opens a one-month period for interested parties to submit allegations.

The project, dated July 2026, was submitted by the company Costa Cálida Paradise, S.L. and is incorporated into file 5228/2023, which includes the corresponding Strategic Environmental Report.

Initial approval and processing

The Partial Plan was adapted to the legal report dated July 1, 2026, and signed by the Civil Engineer Mr. Eduardo Galindo García on July 23, 2026. With the initial approval, the document is subject to public information so that any person who considers themselves affected may formulate the observations they deem appropriate.

Period for allegations and consultation

Observations must be submitted in writing to the General Registry of the City Council within a period of one month, counting from the day following the insertion of the edict on the municipal Notice Board.
