Fuente el Olmo de Íscar puts the pine harvest of its public forest out to tender

The City Council of Fuente el Olmo de Íscar has announced the opening of the tender process for the harvesting of stone pine cones (Pinus pinea) from the Public Utility Forest no. 27 “Cruz del Muerto y Carpintero”, according to the announcement published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Segovia number 110, dated September 14, 2026, with reference RE-14578. The tender is processed via an open procedure and will be awarded to the most economically advantageous offer, with the best price being the sole evaluation criterion.

The file was ordered by Mayoral Decree on August 11, 2026, and the announcement is signed by the mayor, Noelia Herrero Vela, dated August 17, 2026. The contract is governed by the Administrative and Technical Particular Specifications approved for this purpose.

Object and characteristics of the lot

The harvesting is structured into a single lot identified as 01OR-2026-PIÑA-27, with an estimated volume of 10,000 kg of pine cones and a unit valuation of 0.3 €/kg, resulting in a total valuation of 3,000 €.

• Object: harvesting of stone pine cones (Pinus pinea) in the Public Utility Forest no. 27 “Cruz del Muerto y Carpintero”.
• Class or specific item: kg of pine cones. Nature: ordinary.
• Manual harvesting period: between November 11 and April 10, 2027.
• Mechanized harvesting period: between November 11 and March 15, 2027.
• Base tender budget: 3,000 €.
• Provisional guarantee: 3% of the base price (100 €).
• Definitive guarantee: 5% of the final bid amount.

Proposals may be submitted electronically or manually within ten calendar days starting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the BOP.
