Fondo Conoscenza stanzia 500mila euro per la formazione continua delle imprese

The Fondo Conoscenza has approved Notice no. 5/2026, titled “Competitiveness in territorial business systems,” with an initial financial allocation of 500,000.00 euros. The measure was adopted by resolution of the Board of Directors on October 8, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic, 5th Special Series – Public Contracts, no. 116 of October 12, 2026, with reference TX26BFM423. The recipients of the measure are training entities accredited with the Fund, who may submit their Training Plans until 12:00 AM on March 30, 2029.

Who issues the notice and with what resources

The Notice is signed by the president of Fondo Conoscenza, Concetto Parisi, and is published in the “Other public and private subjective figures” section of the series dedicated to public contracts. Fondo Conoscenza is the Interprofessional Fund for Continuing Education, headquartered at Corso d’Italia n. 39 in Rome, tax code 97708340589 and contact point info@fondoconoscenza.it.

The financial coverage of the initiative is drawn from the resources of the System Account (Conto Sistema), the account funded by the interprofessional contribution that companies pay for worker training. The allocation indicated in the notice is the initial one: 500,000.00 euros.

What the notice finances

Notice no. 5/2026 is aimed at supporting a wide range of interventions, not limited solely to the delivery of courses. The eligible actions concern:

  • integrated continuing education interventions;
  • individual training vouchers;
  • active labor market policies;
  • services for the identification, validation, and certification of skills;
  • further actions for the development of human capital.

The stated objective is twofold: to strengthen the competitiveness of businesses and to promote employment, using an approach that combines training, guidance, and certification of acquired skills.

Who can apply and within what timeframe

Only training entities accredited with Fondo Conoscenza may act as proposing subjects. The time window is particularly broad:

  • opening: from the publication of the notice in the Official Gazette;
  • deadline: 12:00 AM on March 30, 2029;
  • method: submission of Training Plans as provided for in the notice.

The full text of the measure and the reference documentation are available on the institutional website www.fondoconoscenza.it, in the section dedicated to open notices.

Impact for operators

A multi-year programming window is opening for accredited training bodies: the 2029 deadline allows for the structuring of detailed training plans, while the variety of permitted actions makes it possible to integrate training, individual vouchers, and certification services into a single project. The initial figure of 500,000.00 euros is modest, but the explicit reference to the Conto Sistema indicates that the funding may be replenished over time. Interested companies must contact accredited bodies to access the opportunities provided by the notice.
