Ferrol appoints the three members of its economic-administrative claims tribunal

The Ferrol City Council has already designated the members of its Municipal Economic-Administrative Claims Tribunal. The plenary session of the corporation, in a session dated July 30, agreed on the appointment of the persons who will occupy the presidency, the secretariat, and one membership of the body. The edict with the list of positions is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña (BOP) no. 178, corresponding to Thursday, September 17, 2026, under the official reference 2026/5971.

A plenary agreement disseminated as an edict

The announcement is framed within the Local Administration section, in the municipal area of Finance and Heritage, and collects the plenary agreement of July 30 by which the three appointments are approved. The text indicates that the publication is made “for general knowledge and effects,” so that the designation is formalized with its dissemination in the provincial gazette.

The edict was signed in Ferrol on September 11, 2026, by the delegated councilwoman for the area of Finance and Human Resources, Susana Maria Sanjurjo Fraga, the municipal head of the area in which the tribunal is integrated.

• Jacobo Molina Saenz, as president of the Municipal Economic-Administrative Claims Tribunal of the Ferrol City Council.
• Maria do Pilar Cela Álvarez, as secretary of the same body.
• María Mónica Iglesias Prego, as member.
