FASAD opens the tender for the cleaning service of all its centers

The Asturian Foundation for the Care and Protection of Persons with Disabilities and/or Dependencies Self-Managed (FASAD M. P.) has opened the procurement process for the cleaning service of the centers it manages, identified by file number SERV.07/2026SARA. The announcement was signed by the Contracting Authority in Oviedo on October 22, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias (BOPA) no. 213, dated November 4, 2026, with official reference 2026-08781.

The convening foundation is a public sector entity of the Principality of Asturias dedicated to the care and protection of people with disabilities and/or in a situation of dependency. The announcement is inserted in section VI of the gazette, under the heading “Other Announcements,” and is limited to requesting the submission of bids for the cleaning service of the entity’s network of centers, without detailing the scope of the contract within its lines.

In all three cases, the formula used is the same: the entity “requests the submission” of bids for the corresponding contract and places the complete information of the file on the state procurement platform.

The object of the contract is the cleaning service for the centers managed by the foundation, namely, virtually the entire residential and day-care system that the entity maintains in Asturias. The announcement does not distinguish lots nor detail specific locations of the centers.
