Decisions on the appeal of family grants have been notified

The Deputy Minister for Youth and Demographic Challenges, through the announcement of July 24, 2026, has notified the results of the appeals for reversal against the resolutions of Decree 27/2023 (of February 21, regarding aid for families with children). The notification was published in the Official Gazette of the Basque Country (BOPV) number 173, on September 10, 2026, under reference 2026/3849.

After attempting personal notification without result, the announcement has been published in accordance with Article 44 of Law 39/2015 (of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations), for the knowledge of the interested parties and the corresponding consequences.

Content and availability of the resolutions

The full text of the resolutions is available to the interested parties at the Directorate of Children, Adolescents and Families of the Basque Government, in the Lakua building, Donostia-San Sebastián street 1, 01010 Vitoria-Gasteiz. Interested parties may examine the content of the resolutions issued in their files on-site.

Consequences of the notification

The notification will have effects from the day following its publication in the Official State Gazette (BOE). The announcement was signed by Deputy Minister Xabier Legarreta Gabilondo, in Vitoria-Gasteiz, on July 24, 2026.
