An unappealable ruling published in the DOE
The text recalls that the Jury’s ruling is unappealable and that its publication in the Official Gazette of Extremadura constitutes the formal notification channel provided for in the bases themselves. The resolution publicizes the ruling in its 2025 edition and orders the granting of the awards to the winners listed in the annex.
The document is framed within the Regional Ministry of Economy, Employment and Digital Transformation and is based on the administrative files and the documentation provided by the candidacies submitted for each category.
The publication of the ruling closes the annual cycle of awards that recognize preventive work within the Extremaduran business fabric, from large business alliances to prevention delegates, teachers, and occupational risk prevention students. For companies and health and safety committees, the ruling also serves as a reference for good practices applied in the autonomous community.
