The Belgian Official Gazette (Moniteur belge) No. 192 of August 27, 2026, publishes, in the Central Solvency Register (RegSol) section, the opening of bankruptcy proceedings for four companies falling under the jurisdiction of the business courts of Brussels and Liège. The judgments designate the trustees in charge of the liquidation and set a thirty-day deadline for the filing of claims.

These publications are made in accordance with Articles 472 to 478 of the program law of December 24, 2002, as amended by the law of July 20, 2005, and Articles 117 and 118 of the law of May 5, 2019. They appear on page 47045 of the official journal and can be consulted on the website www.regsol.be.
