Extremadura publishes the provisional proposal for aid to young farmers

The Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Natural Environment of the Junta de Extremadura has published the list of holders who are being notified of the provisional favorable resolution proposal for aid for the establishment of young farmers in the autonomous community. The announcement, dated September 25, 2026, is disseminated in the Official Gazette of Extremadura number 192, of October 5, 2026, with the official reference 2026081636, and opens a 10-day period for applicants to submit any allegations they deem appropriate.

The regulatory framework of the call

The call is based on Decree 169/2024, of December 30, published in DOE number 13, of January 21, 2025, which establishes the regulatory bases and application rules for the aid regime for the establishment of young farmers, as well as for investments in the modernization and improvement of agricultural holdings carried out by this group, and launches the first call for both lines.

Article 24 of the decree allows any notification or communication from the competent bodies of the regional ministry to be carried out through the publication of an announcement in the Official Gazette of Extremadura, indicating the place and means where the list of interested parties and the act in question are displayed. Article 25, for its part, requires the instructing body to formulate a duly motivated provisional resolution proposal based on the evaluation of the file.

Sixty-six holders in the annex

The annex of the announcement contains the list of people who are being notified of the provisional favorable proposal, identified by their partially hidden NIF and their full name. The list includes 66 holders, among them:

• Alejandro Silvero Jiménez, Ana Belén Tore Martín and Andrea Zambrano Herrera.
• Antonio Fernández Sánchez, Antonio José Flores Izquierdo and Antonio Motiño Rodríguez.
• Catalina Belén Buendía Arroyo, Cristian Ernesto Simancas Sánchez and Dorian Raynaud.
• Francisco Daniel Hornero Alegre, Juan Celestino Calderón Habela and Juan Francisco Apolo Corcobado.
• María Matas López, Mario Calderón Sánchez Paniagua and Marisa Sánchez Pintado.
• Sergio Domínguez Morales, Víctor Curiel Mateos and Virginia Carretero González.

The document specifies that the proposal is favorable, meaning it is positive for the applicants included in the list, and that the signatory of the announcement is the Head of the Structural Aid Service, Antonio Jesús Pi Pérez, in Mérida, on September 25, 2026.

Deadline, consultation and submission of allegations

Interested parties listed in the annex may view the provisional resolution proposals through the individual notification processed via the LABOREO platform, accessible at the electronic address enabled by the Junta de Extremadura.

The period to express agreement or disagreement is 10 days starting from the day following the notification. During this period, affected parties may submit any allegations they deem appropriate through the General Electronic Registry of the Junta de Extremadura, for which a digital certificate or electronic ID (DNIe) will be required. If the interested party does not respond, their agreement with the provisional proposal will be assumed.

Impact for applicants

The publication of this list activates the decisive phase of the procedure: the 66 holders included are guaranteed a favorable proposal, but their final resolution depends on no allegations being presented that alter the evaluation, or that those presented do not modify the outcome of the file. For the remaining applicants not included in the annex, the announcement serves as confirmation that their file has not, at this stage, received a favorable proposal. This process is part of the Junta de Extremadura’s effort to achieve generational renewal in the Extremaduran countryside by supporting the first establishment of young farmers.
