Por FactBox Admin

The Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Natural Environment of the Junta de Extremadura has made public the list of 28 holders to whom it communicates the provisional resolution proposal for grants for investments in the modernization and/or improvement of agricultural holdings carried out by young farmers. The announcement, signed on September 30, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura (DOE) number 195, dated October 8, 2026, within section IV of Announcements, with the official reference 2026081674.
The call is based on Decree 169/2024, of December 30 (DOE number 13, of January 21, 2025), which establishes the regulatory bases and application rules for the aid regime for the establishment of young farmers and for investments in the modernization and/or improvement of agricultural holdings, and launches the first call for both subsidy lines.
Article 24 of said decree allows notifications and communications from the Regional Ministry to be carried out through the publication of an announcement in the DOE, which must indicate the place and means by which the list of interested parties and the act in question are displayed. Article 25 establishes that the instructing body, in view of the evaluation of the file, shall formulate a duly motivated provisional resolution proposal.
Ten days to express agreement or submit allegations
The provisional proposal is notified to the interested parties so that, within a period of 10 days starting from the day following the notification, they may express their agreement or disagreement and make any allegations they deem appropriate. In the event that they do not respond, their agreement with the proposal will be understood.
The procedures are handled electronically:
- Consultation of the individual notification through the LABOREO platform (https://laboreo.juntaex.es/).
- Submission of allegations through the General Electronic Registry of the Junta de Extremadura, at the address https://aradoacceso.juntaex.es/Paginas/Login, for which it is necessary to have a digital certificate or electronic DNI.
The announcement is signed in Mérida by the Head of the Structural Aid Service, Antonio Jesús Pi Pérez.

- Payment resolution for the aid for the modernization and/or improvement of agricultural holdings (reference 2026081668).

- Communication of variation of payment requests for Decree 56/2023 (reference 2026081670) and Decree 169/2024 (reference 2026081673).
