Por FactBox Admin

The Galician Infrastructure Agency, through the Provincial Service of A Coruña, has agreed to the payment of mutual agreements for the expropriation of assets and rights affected by the improvement of bus stops located on the RAEG on the access routes from the southwest to the city of Santiago de Compostela, in the municipalities of O Porto do Son and Muros. The resolution, dated October 8, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña number 198, dated October 16, 2026, under announcement number 2026/6583. The owners of the affected assets and rights have ten business days from the date of publication to provide the bank details necessary for collection.
The agreement is part of the project “Improvement of accessibility and connectivity of bus stops located on the RAEG on the access routes from the southwest to the city of Santiago”, code AC/22/051.06, the list of affected assets and rights for which is displayed on the notice boards of the municipalities of O Porto do Son and Muros.
The resolution is issued in compliance with Article 49 of the Forced Expropriation Regulations of April 26, 1957. The Provincial Service of A Coruña acts by virtue of the competence delegated by the Order of September 7, 2017, regarding the delegation of competences to the technical general secretary and other public bodies and entities attached to the Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure Planning, published in DOG No. 179 on September 20, 2017. The document bears the signature of the head of the service, Felipe de la Vega Gándaras.
What the resolution agrees
The provincial body resolves to proceed with the payment of the mutual agreements for the assets and rights affected by the project code AC/22/051.06 in the two municipalities. Payment will be made via bank transfer to the person listed as the owner in the file.
The amount to be paid is the result of deducting the amount corresponding to the prior deposit from the fair price. The text does not detail the amounts or the number of affected persons, which are collected in the list displayed on the municipal notice boards.
Deadline and required documentation
The owners must present:
- Certificate of ownership of the bank account with the full account number, including the IBAN and BIC.
- The account must be in the joint name of all the owners.
- The deadline is ten (10) business days from the publication of the resolution.
- In case of change of ownership, documentation proving the transfer of property and the ID (DNI) of the new owner.
If the deadline expires without the documentation being provided, if the transfer cannot be carried out, or if the ownership is not sufficiently proven, the amount of the fair price will be deposited in the General Deposit Fund (Caixa Xeral de Depósitos).
Where and how to submit the data
The documentation can be submitted through any of these means:
- At the registration assistance offices.
- At postal offices addressed to the Provincial Service of the Galician Infrastructure Agency of A Coruña, at rúa Vicente Ferrer, 2-8th floor, 15071 A Coruña.
- Electronically, through procedure PR004A of the Xunta de Galicia electronic office.
- By any of the means provided for in Article 16 of Law 39/2015, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
The publication gives the green light to the payment of mutual agreements for a road project affecting two municipalities in the southwest of the province. For the owners included in the list posted on the municipal notice boards, the deadline is short and peremptory: those who do not provide the bank certificate within ten business days will have the amount held in the General Deposit Fund instead of it being deposited into their account.
