Expropriation of the Santiago axis: valuation sheets notified

The Galician Infrastructure Agency (AXI), through the Provincial Service of A Coruña, notifies the Administration’s reasoned valuation sheets in the compulsory expropriation file for the execution of the sustainable mobility axis in Santiago de Compostela, in the access section to the Hospital Clínico Universitario de Santiago (key AC/22/087.06). The announcement, signed on August 31, 2026, was published in the Official Gazette of Galicia number 171, of September 9, 2026, pages 48422 and 48423.

The notification is carried out as attempts at notification were unsuccessful or the address of the owners is unknown, in accordance with articles 42.2 and 44 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations. The effectiveness of the act is subject to its publication on the single notice board of the Official State Gazette (BOE).

Deadline and place of appearance

Interested parties have a period of ten days, counted from the day following the publication of the announcement in the BOE, to appear at the offices of the Provincial Service of A Coruña of the AXI, at rúa Vicente Ferrer, 2, A Coruña, from 9:00 to 14:00 hours, Monday to Friday. There, they may learn the full content of the valuation sheet and leave a record of such knowledge.

• If the period expires without appearance, the notification shall be considered produced from the day following the expiration date.
• The announcement is signed by Felipe de la Vega Gándaras, head of the Provincial Service of A Coruña.

Properties and affected persons

The annex to the announcement lists 21 properties affected by the work, with the cadastral reference and the interested person. Among the identified owners are:

In nine of the properties (18, 21, 29, 31, 32, 49, 108, 109, 110 and 112), the interested person appears as unknown, therefore the notification is carried out by edict.

Relevance of the work

The sustainable mobility axis for access to the Hospital Clínico Universitario de Santiago is a large-scale public work that affects a wide area of rural and urban land in the municipality of Santiago de Compostela. The publication of these valuation sheets opens the final phase of the expropriation procedure, in which the affected owners can learn the Administration’s valuation and, if applicable, formulate the allegations they deem appropriate within the legal period.
