Professional examination for DGFiP land surveyor technician open for 2027

The Ministry of Action and Public Accounts authorizes the opening, for the year 2027, of a professional examination for access to the grade of technician-surveyor of the public finance cadastral surveyors corps. The decision is published in the Official Journal of the French Republic No. 0205 of September 3, 2026, in the form of a decree dated August 31, 2026 (NOR CPPE2620430A) and an organizational notice (NOR CPPE2620432V).
The examination is organized by the General Directorate of Public Finances (DGFiP). Registrations are open from September 7 to October 8, 2026, and the oral admission test will be held from November 25 to 27, 2026.
Access Conditions and Target Audience
The professional examination is reserved for agents already employed within the DGFiP services. Public finance administrative agents and public finance technical agents who can justify, as of December 31, 2027, at least nine years of public service may compete, in application of paragraph 3 of Article 6 of Decree No. 2010-983 of August 26, 2010, regarding the special status of the public finance cadastral surveyors corps.
The verification of the eligibility condition is carried out from the publication of the list of successful candidates, and if applicable, from the call of each of the successful candidates on the supplementary list. The number of available positions will be the subject of a subsequent decree and notice published in the Official Journal.
Registration Procedures
Registration is done online, in a single phase, on the platform https://recrutements.dgfip.finances.gouv.fr. Candidates create or use their account, enter their data, and validate their file, specifically indicating their choice of option for the oral admission test.

Candidates unable to register online may complete a paper application, to be requested from the National School of Public Finances (ENFiP) — attractiveness and candidate reception service (email infocandidat@dgfip.finances.gouv.fr or telephone 0806-70-49-49). The choice of option cannot be modified after the closing of registrations.
Oral Test and Accommodations
The oral admission test will take place from November 25 to 27, 2026. Summonses are made available via the online procedure, and candidates are informed by email.
- Videoconferencing: possible for candidates residing in the collectivities mentioned in Article 72-3 of the Constitution (Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Reunion, Mayotte, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Saint-Pierre-and-Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna islands, French Polynesia, New Caledonia) or abroad, as well as for persons with disabilities, those who are pregnant, or whose state of health requires it. The request must be submitted by October 8, 2026, at the latest.
- Exam accommodations: in application of Article L. 352-3 of the General Code of the Public Service, candidates with disabilities may benefit from adaptations in duration and splitting of tests, as well as human and technical assistance. The medical certificate must be submitted by October 15, 2026, at the latest.
The general organization, nature, and program of the tests are established by the decree of January 14, 2011 (NOR BCRE1030475A), while the amended decree of February 22, 2011 (NOR BCRE1030486A) determines the organizational conditions and the composition of the jury for the competitive examinations and professional exams of the DGFiP.
Scope of the announcement
This professional exam constitutes a major internal promotion path for DGFiP agents wishing to access the grade of technician-surveyor, a technical profession at the heart of the tax administration’s cadastral and land missions. Eligible agents have one month, from September 7 to October 8, 2026, to submit their application before the oral exam at the end of November.
