The text emphasizes that international mobility is a fundamental tool for the technical and personal training of students, their employability, and the acquisition of intercultural competencies.
The call is aligned with the 1st and 5th axes of the Estrategia de Formación Profesional Euskadi 2030, specifically regarding talent development and internationalization, and is included in the Strategic Plan for Grants of the Department of Education, approved by the Minister’s Order of February 24, 2026.
