Entrala approves the public auction of its former retirees' club
Por FactBox Admin
The Entrala City Council has definitively approved the disposal of a municipal property through a public auction. The decision is formalized in Mayoral Resolution No. 2026/0281, dated September 30, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zamora No. 115, dated October 2, 2026, in section III. Local Administration, page 34, with the official reference R-202602308.
The agreement concludes the administrative process and opens the procedure for the sale of the so-called Former Entrala Retirees’ Club, a patrimonial asset that the Council considers unusable. The publication of the announcement is carried out in compliance with Article 8.1.a) of Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information, and good governance.
Property Characteristics
The asset subject to the auction is described in the resolution with the following data:
- Name: Former Entrala Retirees’ Club.
- Location: Perdigón Street, 4.
- Cadastral reference: 9902904TL6990S0001DT.
- Class: urban.
- Built area: 190 m².
- Legal nature: patrimonial asset.
- State of conservation: in ruins.
It is, therefore, a property with no current use that the City Council classifies as an unusable asset, a condition that enables its removal from the municipal heritage through a public auction.
Processing and Access to the File
The resolution was issued on September 30, 2026, and electronically signed on October 1, 2026, by the Mayor of Entrala. The complete file is available to interested parties at the municipal electronic office, accessible at the address https://entrala.sedelectronica.es.
The announcement is limited to providing general publicity to the definitive approval agreement, without the published text detailing the type of bidding, the economic conditions, or the deadline for submitting offers, details which must be consulted in the file.
Appeal Deadlines
Against the resolution, which exhausts the administrative route, interested parties may react through two alternative paths:
- Optional appeal for reversal before the Mayor of the Entrala City Council, within a period of one month, in accordance with Articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
- Contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Section of the Court of First Instance of Zamora, within a period of two months, according to Article 46 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, of the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction.
If the appeal for reversal is chosen, the contentious-administrative appeal cannot be filed until the former is expressly resolved or is dismissed by silence.
Impact for Residents and Buyers
The operation directly affects the municipal assets of Entrala, which is divesting itself of a disused and ruined building located in the urban center. For potential buyers, the publication opens the way to learn the conditions of an auction that could reactivate a degraded property; for the residents, it represents the resolution of the situation of an abandoned premises on Perdigón Street.
