Enteco Extremadura obtains 839,375 euros in non-repayable regional incentives

Enteco Extremadura SL has obtained regional incentives consisting of a non-repayable grant of 839,375.00 euros, according to the registered act published by the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME) on Thursday, October 1, 2026, in issue number 190. The aid is equivalent to 17% of an approved investment of 4,937,500.00 euros. The registration was carried out on September 21, 2026, and bears the official reference BORME-A-2026-190-10.

Aid of 17% on 4.9 million in investment

The entry, corresponding to registration sheet CC 10944, registration 18, details that the grant results from applying a percentage of 17% to the approved investment. The company appears in the first section of the BORME, dedicated to Entrepreneurs and Registered Acts, within the provincial heading of Cáceres, on page 46062 of the October 1 issue.

Regional incentives are the support instrument for productive investment in the less developed areas of the State, articulated around Law 50/1985, of December 27, and materialized in individual resolutions per file. The aid is granted as a non-repayable grant, with no obligation for repayment, once the execution of the subsidized project has been credited.

Extension of validity until July 2027

In the same issue of the gazette, a second act of the same company is registered: the modification of the validity period established in section 2.3 of the individual resolution, whose term will end on July 28, 2027. The entry corresponds to registration 19 of sheet CC 10944 and was also carried out on September 21, 2026.

The extension expands the time margin available to the company to complete and credit the committed investment without losing the right to the grant already granted.

Background: 1.5 million granted in 2025

This is not the first aid of this type for the company. The BORME of November 4, 2025, number 211, page 50454, registered a previous grant of regional incentives to Enteco Extremadura SL for 1,519,212.64 euros, resulting from applying 16% to an approved investment of 9,495,079.00 euros, with the reference BORME-A-2025-211-10.

The confirmation of the grant and the extension of validity until July 2027 provide financial certainty to an industrial project already approved by the Administration and reinforce the company’s position within the business fabric of Cáceres.
