ENARGAS registers Onelli Energía as a natural gas marketer

The National Gas and Electricity Regulatory Entity (ENARGAS) has registered ONELLI ENERGÍA S.A. as a Natural Gas Marketer in the Registry of Marketers, within the scope of the agency’s Performance and Economics Unit. The decision, adopted by the Board of Directors, was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic on August 20, 2026.

The registration enables the company to buy and sell natural gas on behalf and by order of third parties, expanding the gas market offer for consumers and other sector agents.

Regulatory Framework

The measure is based on Law No. 24,076 (T.O. 2025), which defines producers, transporters, distributors, marketers, and consumers who contract directly with the producer as active subjects of the natural gas industry. According to Article 14, a marketer is considered to be anyone who buys and sells natural gas on behalf of third parties.

The procedure is governed by Resolution No. RESFC-2020-94-APN-DIRECTORIO#ENARGAS, issued on March 9, 2020, which approved the Marketers’ Regulations and its Sub-annex I, where the requirements for registration are detailed.

The Company and its Authorities

The application was submitted by Juan Franco Donnini, in his capacity as president of the company. According to the certified copies of the file, the appointment of authorities was established as follows:

• President and Regular Director: Juan Franco Donnini (CUIT 23-30144360-9).
• Vice President and Regular Director: Franco Alejandro Perseguino (CUIT 27-31030116-8).
• Alternate Directors: Maria Julieta Kohashi and Maria Paula Covelli.

The share capital amounts to THIRTY MILLION PESOS ($30,000,000), contributed in equal parts (50% shareholding each) by Donnini and Perseguino. This figure relates to the statutory modification registered with the General Inspection of Justice on June 2, 2026, under No. 9709 of Book 127 of Joint-Stock Companies.

Fulfilled Requirements

The company provided the Sworn Declaration of Non-Existence of Incompatibilities and Limitations (RE-2026-70880342-APN-UDYE#ENREGE), in accordance with Article 34 of Law No. 24,076, Annex I of Regulatory Decree No. 1738/92, and Article 33 of the Companies Law No. 19,550. In it, the company declared that it has no records of bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings, nor lawsuits for tax or social security debts with a final judgment, complying with paragraphs 10, 11, and 12 of Sub-annex I of the aforementioned resolution.

Additionally, it submitted the Sworn Declaration of Interests (CE-2026-70873712-APN-DPPT#OA), under the terms of Decree No. 202/17, indicating that no links with the agency exist. The Legal Services Unit - GAS - took the corresponding action.

Scope of the Decision

The act was signed by the members of the Board of Directors Griselda Lambertini, Hector Sergio Falzone, Marcelo Alejandro Nachon, and Vicente Serra, and provides for the notification of the company under the terms of Article 41 of Decree No. 1759/72 (T.O. 2017).

With this registration, ONELLI ENERGÍA S.A. is authorized to operate as a natural gas marketer, adding a new agent to the market and expanding the supply options available to consumers and third parties in the Argentine gas sector.
