EMVISMESA tenders the cleaning of five public parking lots in Melilla

The Municipal Housing and Land Company of Melilla S.A. (EMVISMESA) has called for a service contract for the cleaning and maintenance of five public parking lots in the city, through an open procedure, ordinary processing, and a plurality of criteria. The call is formalized by a resolution of the Board of Directors of the public company dated September 10, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Autonomous City of Melilla (BOME) number 6414, dated September 15, 2026, under the reference BOME-A-2026-1038.

The announcement, signed by the Secretary of the Board of Directors of EMVISMESA, Mª Inmaculada del Campo Sedano, is part of the management that the municipal company carries out for the city’s public parking lots. The contract, identified by file 16/2026/CMA, is processed through the ordinary channel and provides that the award will be resolved based on a plurality of criteria, allowing for the evaluation of not only the price but also other technical aspects of the offer.

Object of the contract and affected parking lots

The object of the contract is the provision of cleaning and maintenance services for the public parking lots managed by EMVISMESA. The parking lots included in the tender are as follows:

• Isla Talleres
• Plaza de las Cuatro Culturas
• Cruz Roja
• Mercado Central
• Mercadona

The tender is aimed both at companies in the cleaning and maintenance services sector and at the regular users of these parking lots, who will be guaranteed the maintenance and hygienic condition of the facilities.
