Por FactBox Admin

The Provincial Water Company of Córdoba (EMPROACSA) has initiated the collection of the third-quarter 2026 tax rolls for the equity contribution for the Supramunicipal Service for the Integrated Hydraulic Cycle Management in 26 municipalities of the province. This is done by agreement of the Vice Presidency of the Institute for Cooperation with Local Treasuries (I.C.H.L.), which published the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba No. 214, dated November 5, 2026, with official reference BOP-A-2026-3659.
The decision is based on the resolution of October 26, 2026, issued by delegation of the Presidency of the organization, which orders the public exhibition of the collection rolls for one month and the collection of the debts included therein. The announcement also serves as a collective notification of the settlements, in accordance with Article 2 of the revised text of the Law regulating Local Treasuries (Legislative RD 2/2004, of March 5), Article 24 of the General Collection Regulations (RD 939/2005, of July 29), and Article 107 of the General Ordinance for the Management, Inspection, and Collection of Public Law Income of the Provincial Council of Córdoba.
This is not a single remittance. Two weeks prior, Gazette No. 203, dated October 20, published the same procedure for another 31 municipalities (BOP-A-2026-3477), with a payment period between October 20 and November 20, 2026. Between both batches, the provincial company settles the quarter in 57 Córdoba towns. The announcement is signed by the vice president of the organization, Ana Rosa Ruz Carpio, in Córdoba, on October 27, 2026.

The calendar matters: residents of these 26 towns have until December 9 to pay without surcharges a bill that finances the supra-municipal water service, and those who do not will face enforcement with added interest.
