El Villar de Arnedo auctions eight heritage plots for 8,657 euros

The City Council of El Villar de Arnedo has called for the disposal of eight plots of its heritage through an open procedure auction, with a total value of 8,657.20 euros. The tender was approved by Mayoral Resolution on September 1, 2026, via Decree number 2026-0217, and is published in the Official Gazette of La Rioja number 173, dated September 9, 2026, within section V of Announcements.

The procurement file, number 315/2025, is processed by the council’s Secretariat and is governed by the Particular Conditions Clauses approved alongside the call. All documentation is available on the Public Sector Procurement Platform and on the City Council’s electronic office.

Object and lots of the auction

The assets are disposed of divided into eight independent lots, each corresponding to a heritage plot. The base tender budget coincides with the estimated value of each lot:

• Lot 1: Plot 445, Polygon 1 — 1,878.00 euros
• Lot 2: Plot 533, Polygon 3 — 701.00 euros
• Lot 3: Plot 299, Polygon 4 — 2,344.00 euros
• Lot 4: Plot 48, Polygon 7 — 1,370.40 euros
• Lot 5: Plot 137, Polygon 11 — 1,199.00 euros
• Lot 6: Plot 194, Polygon 14 — 121.00 euros
• Lot 7: Plot 200, Polygon 14 — 85.00 euros
• Lot 8: Plot 262, Polygon 14 — 958.80 euros

Participation conditions

The award will be made by auction, with the economic offer as the sole valuation criterion, up to a maximum of 100 points. To participate, bidders must provide a guarantee equivalent to 5% of the appraisal value of the lot, in accordance with article 137.6 of the Public Administration Heritage Law.

The deadline for submitting offers ends on September 22, 2026, and they may be submitted manually or electronically through the Offer Preparation and Submission Tool of the Public Sector Procurement Platform. The Procurement Board will be constituted on the third business day after the deadline, at 2:00 PM, at the City Council.
