The Lónguida Valley opens public consultation on its cadastral report.
Por FactBox Admin

The Valle de Lónguida Town Council has submitted to public information the project for the new valuation report of the municipal area, the document that sets the cadastral values of the properties in the valley. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of Navarra number 161, of August 17, 2026, and opens a period of 20 business days for interested parties to submit suggestions or objections.
The procedure began in the municipal plenary session, which on May 30, 2024 agreed to initiate the review of the current valuation report. The processing is governed by Article 36.4 of Foral Law 12/2006, of November 21, on the Registry of Territorial Wealth and the Cadastres of Navarra, which requires the project to be submitted to public exhibition before its final approval.
A period of 20 business days
The public information period will run from the publication of the announcement in the gazette, that is, from August 17, 2026. During that period, any interested person may examine the full project and submit the objections they deem appropriate, without needing to prove a specific interest beyond being an owner or holder of rights over properties in the municipality.
Where to consult the project
The valuation report project will be available to interested parties throughout the exhibition period at two points:
- The municipal offices of the Valle de Lónguida Town Council, where the file may be consulted during public service hours.
- The municipal notice board and the electronic office of the town hall (longuida.sedelectronica.es), where a direct link to the document has been enabled for remote consultation.
What the new report entails
The valuation report is the technical document that determines the cadastral value of each property and plot in the municipal area, both urban and rural land. This valuation serves as the basis for calculating taxes such as the Real Estate Tax (IBI), so the review affects the taxation of all property owners in the valley.
The announcement is signed by the mayor, Roberto Zazpe Bariain, dated July 31, 2026, and bears the official reference L2610638. The publication appears in the Local Administration section of Navarra, on page 29988 of the gazette.
With this public exhibition, the Valle de Lónguida Town Council completes a step prior to the approval of updated cadastral values, which will condition local taxation in the coming years. Residents’ participation in this procedure is the only way to correct errors or discrepancies before the report is finally approved.
