The High Court of Justice of Navarre has admitted an administrative appeal against Foral Decree 30/2026, of 27 May, regulating the structure and operation of the Clinical Radiology Area. The summons to interested parties is published in Official Gazette of Navarre number 161, of 17 August 2026, with a period of nine days to appear in the proceedings.

The notice corresponds to ordinary procedure 313/2026, processed in the Administrative Litigation Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Navarre.
