The Seville Court judges the exclusion of a Local Police candidate

The Contentious-Administrative Section of the Court of First Instance of Seville (Plaza nº 1) is processing Abbreviated Procedure 135/2025, Negotiated 3, filed by Antonio Delgado Huerta against the resolution of March 11, 2025, issued by the Director General of Human Resources of the Seville City Council, which dismissed the administrative appeal filed against his exclusion from the selection process for the provision of 70 Local Police positions.
