El SES publica los aprobados definitivos de una decena de categorías sanitarias

The Extremadura Health Service (SES) has made public the final lists of successful candidates from the selection processes for access to the status of permanent statutory personnel in numerous health, management, and service categories. The resolutions, signed by the managing director Encarnación Solís Pérez, are published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura (DOE) number 181, dated September 18, 2026, and open a period of ten business days for the selected candidates to submit the supporting documentation.

All resolutions derive from the call approved by the Resolution of December 19, 2024 (DOE no. 249, of December 26), from the SES Managing Directorate, which organized the selection processes through a competitive examination-merit system. The final lists are classified by access shifts—open, internal promotion, and disability—and are ordered by the total score obtained, which is the sum of the examination and merit phases.

The results can also be consulted online through the Personnel Selection Portal of the Extremadura Health Service. The resolutions conclude the administrative process and are subject to appeal.

Ten business days to prove requirements

Candidates who have passed the process and who, based on their score, fall within the total number of offered positions must electronically submit, via the SES Personnel Selection Portal, the documents required in the call. The deadline is ten business days starting from the day following the publication of each resolution in the Official Gazette of Extremadura.

The required documentation includes:

  • Authentic copy of the National Identity Document or valid passport, unless authorization is given to the SES to verify identity data.
  • Authentic copy of the academic degree or certificate required to participate in the selection process.
  • Sworn statement of not having been dismissed from service through disciplinary proceedings nor being disqualified from exercising public functions.
  • Sworn statement of not holding the status of permanent statutory personnel in the same category or specialty.
  • Sworn statement of not falling under the cases of article 35.bis) of Law 1/2014, of February 18.
  • Official medical certificate proving that the candidate does not suffer from any illness or defect that prevents the performance of the duties.
  • Negative certification from the Central Registry of Sexual Offenders and Human Trafficking, when authorization has not been given to the SES to collect this data.

Those who, being obligated, do not submit the documentation will lose, except in cases of force majeure, the right to be appointed as permanent statutory personnel, without prejudice to liability for falsehood in the application.

Categories and volume of successful candidates

The resolutions published this Friday cover a wide range of categories. Among the main ones are:

  • Family Physician for Primary Care Team (reference 2026062339): 90 passed in the open quota and none in the disability quota.

Additional requirements and summoned candidates

In addition to those selected within the number of vacancies, clause 9.3 of the call allows for the request of documentation from an additional number of candidates. In the open quota for Radiodiagnosis, order numbers 1 to 9, from Manuel Guillén Rico to Antonio Tirado Muñoz, must present it, as well as numbers 10 and 11, Antonio José Aguila Gómez and Rodolfo Jose Anzola Paredes.

In Nephrology, numbers 10 and 11, Jorge Alberto Rodríguez Sabillon and Jaime Hernán Merino, are required; in Otorhinolaryngology, number 7, María José Fernández Nava; in Rheumatology, number 6, Eloy Delgado Vital; and in Telephone Operator, number 7 of the open quota, Raúl Olinero Muñoz. In Family and Community Nursing, numbers 1 to 14, from Lorena Yeguas Rosa to Beatriz María Payo Román, and numbers 15 to 18, from Coronada Hernández Merín to Marina Corchuelo Merino, are summoned.

The publication of these final lists closes the selection phase for hundreds of candidates and activates the final step before appointment as permanent statutory personnel, with a direct impact on the staff of the Extremadura Health Service and on the coverage of positions in Primary Care and Extremaduran hospitals.
