Por FactBox Admin

The Public Employment Service of the Principality of Asturias (SEPEPA) has announced 10,086,650 euros in grants for non-profit entities that develop actions under the Comprehensive Program for Guidance and Employability Improvement (PIOME) during the 2026/2028 period. The call is formalized in the Resolution of September 18, 2026, of SEPEPA, whose extract is published in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias (BOPA) no. 188, of September 29, 2026, with the official reference 2026-07814. Interested entities have ten business days to submit their applications.
The measure falls under the Department of Science, Industry, and Employment of the Principality of Asturias and is processed as a competitive grant in accordance with Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Law on Subsidies, whose articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a require the publication of the call’s extract. The full text is available in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS), with the identifier 931081, and on the electronic office of the Principality.
Beneficiaries and purpose of the aid
Non-profit entities that carry out professional guidance and self-employment actions, as well as training modules or actions, articulated within the Comprehensive Program for Guidance and Employability Improvement, may apply for the grants.
The purpose is to improve the employment prospects of people registered as job seekers in the SEPEPA offices who are in any of the following situations:
- Unemployed with special difficulties in integrating into the labor market.
- Employed who, through their participation in the program, improve their employability and thus avoid falling into a situation of unemployment.
Budget and regulatory bases
The total budget for the call amounts to ten million eighty-six thousand six hundred and fifty euros (€10,086,650), distributed into three items as detailed in the extract:
- €1,836,650.
- €4,500,000.
- €3,750,000.
The applicable regulatory bases are those approved by the Resolution of the Department of Science, Business, Training, and Employment of September 13, 2024, published in the BOPA of September 20, 2024.
Deadline and submission of applications
The deadline for submitting applications is ten business days starting from the day following the publication of the extract in the BOPA, that is, from September 30, 2026.
Processing is carried out electronically. The Service Sheet, locatable with the code AYUD0104T01, is published on the electronic office of the Principality of Asturias (https://sede.asturias.es), which includes the full text of the Resolution, complementary information, the standardized application form, and the possibility to initiate the procedure electronically.
The extract is signed in Oviedo on September 18, 2026, by the President of the Public Employment Service of the Principality of Asturias.
The call for applications reinforces the role of third-sector entities as agents of intermediation and labor support in Asturias, by channeling more than ten million euros toward the care of groups with the greatest barriers to employment. The schedule is tight: interested organizations must prepare their documentation in just two weeks to apply for a program that extends until 2028.
