Por FactBox Admin

The Segrià County Council has initially approved the creation of a psychologist position for the Child and Adolescent Care Teams (EAIA), within modification number 2 of its List of Job Positions (RLT) and the 2026 Personnel Staffing Table. The agreement was adopted by the corporation’s Plenary session on October 9, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lleida number 198, dated October 16, 2026 (edict 8625, CVE BOP-2026_0_198_8625, p. 1-1). The new position, coded F-AE83, is subject to a fifteen-day public information period before its final approval.

The created position is designated as EAIA Psychologist and falls under the Social Services coordination of the county body. According to the official announcement, the characteristics of the position are:
- Position code: F-AE83.
- Classification: Social Services Coordination.
- Scale: Special Administration; subscale: Technical.
- Classification subgroup: A1.
- Destination supplement level: 26.
- Required Catalan level: C1.
- Provision system: competitive examination (concurs oposició).
- Economic supplement: 482.60 euros.
- Specific qualification: degree in Psychology or equivalent.
The file, processed under number 3546/2025, also modifies the 2026 Personnel Staffing Table to incorporate the position into the Special Administration scale of the civil service corps.
Five positions on the staff and two vacancies
The staffing modification describes the position with these parameters:
- Designation: Psychologist.
- Subscale: Technical; class: Senior technician; category: Higher degree holder.
- Classification group: A1.
- Positions: 5.
- Vacancies: 2.
The creation of the position is added to other personnel movements within the corporation. The same Plenary on October 9, 2026, initially approved modification number 18/2026 of the 2026 budget, published in the same issue of the gazette (edict 8626, CVE BOP-2026_0_198_8626). A few days earlier, on October 9, modification number 5 of the 2026 Public Employment Offer of the Segrià County Council was published (BOP de Lleida no. 193, edict 8391, CVE BOP-2026_0_193_8391), which incorporates positions F-AE56, F-AG10, and F-AG13.
Fifteen days for allegations and final publication
The agreement is open for public information for fifteen days via an announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province. During this period, interested parties may examine the file and submit any allegations and claims they deem appropriate. If none are submitted, the agreement will be considered final; otherwise, the Plenary will have a period of one month to resolve them.
Once definitively approved, the RLT and the staff list will be published in full within thirty days in the Official Provincial Gazette and on the electronic notice board of the Comarcal Council, and a copy will be sent to the State Administration and the Generalitat de Catalunya. The announcement is signed by the president of the corporation, David Masot Florensa, dated October 13, 2026.
Strengthening childhood care in the region
The EAIA are specialized social services for the protection of children and adolescents, integrated into the Catalan social services system and coordinated with other specialized services. The creation of this psychology position expands the technical staffing of the regional team, which until now did not have this specific position in its list of job positions.
For readers, the news has a double practical interest. On one hand, it opens the door to a future public selection call to fill the position, requiring a degree in Psychology and group A1. On the other, it consolidates the commitment of the Consell Comarcal del Segrià to specialized care for minors and adolescents, a sensitive area that depends directly on the availability of qualified professionals in the region.
