The fixed statutory personnel title will be sent to the interested parties through the ABC computer application, and the assigned destinations will be definitive.
The resolution concludes the administrative process. An optional appeal for reversal may be filed before the Presidency of the Servicio Riojano de Salud within one month from the day following its publication, or otherwise challenged before the contentious-administrative jurisdictional order within two months, in accordance with articles 112, 123, and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1.
Impact on staff and applicants
The resolution consolidates the stability of more than a hundred Nursing professionals in the Riojan public health system and closes the allocation phase of the 2025 call, with most of the personnel assigned to the Hospital San Pedro. For the applicants who have passed the process, the calendar is now strict: one month to take office and two months if the judicial route is chosen.
