The Esplugues Plenary puts the municipal estate of the ARE Montesa out to tender.

The Plenary of the Esplugues de Llobregat City Council has approved, in an ordinary session held on 29 July 2026, the file for the disposal by competitive tender of Resulting Plot 23 of the Reparcellation Project of the ARE Montesa, located at 2 Carrer de les «13 Rosas». The tender notice is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona (BOPB) of 4 August 2026, with a period of 45 calendar days for submitting bids. The notice bears the official reference CVE 202610130740.

The plenary agreement, of which the notice transcribes a partial extract, also includes the approval of the Schedule of Particular Administrative Clauses that is to govern the tender, incorporated as an annex to the same agreement.
