The Parliament of Andalusia publishes the asset declarations of its deputies.

The Official Gazette of the Regional Government of Andalusia (BOJA) publishes this Friday, 14 August 2026, in issue 157, the resolution by which the Parliament of Andalusia makes public the content of the declarations on activities, assets, interests and remuneration submitted by the deputies during the month of July. The publication order emanates from the Resolution of 3 August 2026 of the General Secretariat of the Parliament of Andalusia, included in the gazette as text no. 11032, with a length of seven pages.

The resolution appears in section 3 of the BOJA, devoted to “Other provisions”, in the block of the Parliament of Andalusia. It orders the insertion of the content of the declarations both in the Official Gazette of the Parliament of Andalusia and in the Official Gazette of the Regional Government of Andalusia itself, so that the information is made available to citizens through the official channels of the Chamber and the regional administration.

The declarations affected are those that were submitted by the deputies during the month of July 2026 and are registered in the Register of Activities, Assets, Interests and Remuneration of the Parliament of Andalusia. This is an exercise in institutional transparency that brings to public knowledge the professional, financial and economic situation of the regional representatives.

What the declarations contain

The published text covers the four matters that make up the mandatory declaration of Andalusian parliamentarians, as reflected in the very name of the register:

• Activities: the professional and commercial activities carried out by the deputies.
• Assets: real estate assets and assets of economic relevance.
• Interests: the shareholdings and relationships that may affect the exercise of their office.
• Remuneration: the income and payments received.

The Resolution of 3 August 2026 merely orders the official dissemination of these declarations, which remain registered in the Chamber’s register for consultation and control purposes.
