The process is part of the call for selective tests for entry, via the open competition system, into said body, agreed upon by the Board in its session on May 14, 2025. The qualifying tribunal announced the selected individuals in the Official Gazette of the Parliament of Andalusia number 6, dated June 26, 2026, including the grades for each exercise and the total score.

The Appointments

The individuals entering as trainee civil servants are:

  • Mr. Darío Méndez Salcedo.
  • Ms. María de los Ángeles Conde Díaz.

Both had provided the documentation required in clause 8.1 of the call, a prerequisite for their appointment according to clause 9.1.

Internship Period and Taking Office

The appointments are provisional for a period of six months, which is considered the internship period, in accordance with articles 8.1 and 8.2 of the Personnel Statute of the Parliament of Andalusia. The appointed individuals must take office in their position within one month starting from the day following the publication of the appointments in the BOJA, as established in clause 9.2 of the call.

Appeals and Signature

Against this agreement, which exhausts administrative remedies, an optional appeal for reversal may be filed before the Board of the Parliament of Andalusia within one month, pursuant to articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure. An appeal may also be filed through contentious-administrative channels before the corresponding Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Andalusia within two months, according to article 46 of Law 29/1998, of July 13. The agreement was signed in Seville on July 22, 2026, by the Chief Legal Counsel of the Parliament of Andalusia, Manuel Carrasco Durán.

The incorporation of these two text proofreaders reinforces the technical staff of the regional chamber, guaranteeing the quality and rigor of parliamentary publications at a time when the Parliament of Andalusia maintains its legislative activity and oversight of the regional Government.
