El Organismo de Recaudación de Ávila expone los padrones fiscales de 2026

The Autonomous Collection Agency (OAR) of the Provincial Council of Ávila has released for public exhibition the tax registers for drinking water, sewerage, waste, driveways, grazing, levies, and other taxes from the municipalities and associations of the province. The listed city councils and associations, through their corresponding corporate agreements, have approved the registers for the tax concepts detailed in the edict. The document bears the signature of the Managing Director of the OAR, Jesús L. Rodríguez Pindado, and is dated in Ávila on September 17, 2026.

The list covers more than two hundred records of municipalities and concepts, with fiscal years ranging from 2024 to 2026 and very diverse periodicities: annual, semi-annual, quarterly, four-monthly, and shifted periods such as July 2025 to June 2026 or August 2025 to July 2026.

  • Consorcio de Entes Locales Valle del Tiétar, for Lanzahíta and Mijares.
  • Mancomunidad Tierras de la Moraña, Mancomunidad Barco Piedrahíta, Mancomunidad Madrigal de las Altas Torres, Mancomunidad Bajo Tiétar, Mancomunidad de Servicios Alto Tiétar, and Mancomunidad Valle Amblés.

Deadlines for claims, payment, and executive proceedings

The tax rolls are available to the public at the respective city councils and associations of municipalities for examination and for filing the appropriate claims within one month from the day following the publication of the announcement. An appeal for reversal may be filed against the approval act before the corresponding city council within one month from the day following the end of the public exhibition; regarding the settlements of the collection lists, that appeal, prior to contentious-administrative proceedings, is governed by Article 14.2 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5.

For payment, receipts will be sent to those who have not set up direct debits for the taxes. If the document has not been received, it may be requested by calling 920 35 21 60, from 8:00 to 20:00 hours Monday to Friday, or obtained through the OAR Virtual Tax Office. Payments are made through Banco Santander, Banco Sabadell, Unicaja Banco, Eurocaja Rural, and Caja Rural de Salamanca, as well as by postal order or transfer to the OAR account ES79 2103 2501 5200 6000 0022, indicating the payment reference, the holder’s NIF, and the concept. Card or Bizum payments are also accepted in the Virtual Tax Office, and direct debit requests are accepted until September 27, with account charges starting from October 7.

Once the voluntary period has elapsed, unpaid debts will be demanded through executive proceedings and will accrue the corresponding surcharges, late interest and, where applicable, any costs incurred.

The publication affects thousands of taxpayers in the province, who have two months to pay without surcharge for basic service receipts such as water, sewerage, and garbage, and one month to claim against tax rolls whose calendar is staggered between different fiscal years and billing periods depending on each local entity.
