El Organismo de Recaudación de Cáceres nombra a tres técnicos de gestión

The president of the Autonomous Body for Tax Collection and Management of the Provincial Council of Cáceres has appointed three General Administration Management Technicians, subgroup A2, as career civil servants, following the selection process via open competition and merit-based competition. The three will take office on November 9, 2026, at 08:00 hours at the body’s Central Services.

The three appointments and their assignments

The resolution appoints career civil servants to the positions of General Administration Management Technician, of the General Administration Scale, Group A, Subgroup A2, of the autonomous body’s civil service staff. The candidates are:

Remuneration and requirements for taking office

Upon taking office, the three civil servants will receive the monthly remuneration corresponding to the base salary of subgroup A2, the level 22 destination supplement, and the specific supplement of the assigned position. To this are added the currently recognized triennials and the amounts of the extraordinary payments and additional payments of the specific supplement.

In accordance with Article 62.1 of Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of October 30, which approves the revised text of the Law of the Basic Statute of the Public Employee, to acquire the status of career civil servant, they must swear an oath of allegiance to the Constitution and, where applicable, to the Statute of Autonomy and the rest of the legal system, in addition to taking office within the established period.

The specific date of cessation and assumption of office is established under Article 13.1 of Decree 43/1996, of March 26, which approves the General Regulation for the Provision of Job Positions and Professional Promotion of Civil Servants of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, as amended by Decree 107/2013, of June 25. Since the appointments affect other public administrations, the incorporation will take place on November 9, 2026, at 08:00 hours at the Central Services of the body.

Communications and appeals process

The resolution orders the communication of the agreement to the Personnel, Contracting and General Affairs Section, the Comptroller’s Office, the Treasury, the Personnel Board, and the Trade Unions of the Provincial Council of Cáceres. The act is final in administrative proceedings: it may be challenged by a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Section of the Court of First Instance of Cáceres within two months of its publication, or, optionally, by a motion for reconsideration before the Presidency within one month, in accordance with Articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1. The document appears signed by Miguel Rodríguez Ramos, delegated secretary-comptroller.

The incorporation of these three technicians reinforces the legal advisory and collection areas of the body that manages the taxes of the Provincial Council of Cáceres, and closes a selection process closely followed by applicants for the provincial civil service. The definitive assignment to positions within the staff list also entails the consolidation of three structural vacancies in subgroup A2.
