El Masnou approves the Parc Vallmora pump track for 760,221.80 euros

The Plenary of the Masnou City Council initially approved on September 17, 2026, the urbanization project for phase 6 of Vallmora Park for the implementation of a pump track, a sports facility for bicycles and skates. The agreement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona on September 25, 2026, with the reference CVE 202610143747, and submits the project to public consultation for thirty business days.

The project was drafted by the company SBS SIMON I BLANCO S.L. by order of the City Council and is processed under file no. X2026020640. The execution budget by contract is 628,282.48 euros excluding VAT, which with 21% VAT amounts to 760,221.80 euros. The expected duration of the works is six months.

The initial approval corresponds to the municipal Plenary and is framed within the regulations for local works and services: article 235.2 of Legislative Decree 2/2003, of April 28, which approves the Recast Text of the Municipal and Local Regime Law of Catalonia, and article 37 of Decree 179/1995, of June 13, which approves the Regulation of works, activities, and services of local entities.

• the Official Gazette of the Generalitat de Catalunya;

The file and documentation relating to the project can be examined at the Territory Area of the City Council every business day during office hours, from 9 to 2 p.m., within the indicated term.

A procedural act, not definitive in administrative proceedings

The communication is made for the purposes of article 21 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of public administrations. The council indicates that this is a procedural act, not definitive in administrative proceedings and, therefore, not subject to appeal, without prejudice to the filing of any appeal deemed appropriate in accordance with article 40 of the same law.
