El juzgado mercantil de Almería declara el concurso del grupo AICAVE

The Commercial Court of Almería has declared the insolvency proceedings (concurso de acreedores) of the AICAVE group of companies, consisting of four commercial entities, through a final order dated May 12, 2026, published in the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME) on October 1, 2026. The resolution was issued by the Commercial Section of the Court of First Instance Plaza No. 1 of Almería and agrees to the opening of the common processing phase, as well as the intervention or suspension of the administration and disposal powers of the insolvent companies. The announcement appears in the First Section of the gazette, on page 46032, with the official reference BORME-A-2026-190-04.

The procedure is processed under number 202/2026 and is voluntary in nature. It was resolved by Judge Raquel Martínez Cantón, and the order is already final: the registration in the Mercantile Registry was carried out on September 24, 2026, a date that appears in the registry data of the affected companies.

The group consists of four single-member companies that share the same sole shareholder, José Andrés Carmona Fernández, and a share capital of 3,000 euros each, according to their respective incorporation registrations published in the BORME. AICAVE Gestión Empresarial and Jocarfe Multiservicios 2023 have their registered office at calle Mariana 7 in Almería, while Comungest Jaén and Gestión Horizontal Madrid are listed with a registered office at calle Buen Pastor 5 in Coín (Málaga) and a registry sheet from Madrid.

The order and its effects

The order declares the insolvency proceedings of the group of companies and classifies it as voluntary. The resolution also orders the opening of the common processing phase and contains the resolutions agreeing to the intervention or suspension of the administration and disposal powers of the insolvent party, a measure that places the management of the companies under judicial control during the procedure.

The competent body is the Commercial Section of the Court of First Instance Plaza No. 1 of Almería, with Judge Raquel Martínez Cantón as the presiding officer of the procedure. The ruling is already final, meaning that the registry annotations derived from the insolvency have been definitively recorded.

The four affected companies

The insolvency proceedings affect the four commercial entities of the group, all of which are single-member limited liability companies:

  • AICAVE Gestión Empresarial, S.L.U., registered in the Mercantile Registry of Almería with sheet AL 61376.
  • Jocarfe Multiservicios 2023, S.L.U., with registry sheet AL 63865.
  • Comungest Jaén, S.L.U., with registry sheet MA 187778.
  • Gestión Horizontal Madrid, S.L.U., with registry sheet MA 187777.

Registry data and publication

The entries were recorded on September 24, 2026. The entry for AICAVE Gestión Empresarial appears under entry number I/A 2 and that of Jocarfe Multiservicios 2023 under I/A 3.

The announcement is published in the First Section of the BORME —under the Entrepreneurs heading, Registered Acts, corresponding to Almería— in issue number 190, Thursday, October 1, 2026, on page 46032.

The declaration of bankruptcy of the four group companies affects creditors, employees, and suppliers in several provinces, given that the bankrupt companies operate from Almería and Madrid. The opening of the common processing phase marks the effective start of the procedure and places the administration of the four companies under the intervention or suspension agreed upon by the court.
