The Granada court declares the compulsory administration of GINAR SL

The Commercial Section of the Court of First Instance of Granada has declared the necessary insolvency (concurso necesario) of GINAR SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, with the suspension of the company’s powers of administration and disposal of its assets. The resolution, final and dated September 12, 2025, is published in the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME) number 193, of October 6, 2026, in the First Section of registered acts of Granada (official reference BORME-A-2026-193-18, p. 46740).

The declaration order and its effects

The registry announcement contains the insolvency declaration order, which classifies the situation as necessary, meaning it was initiated without a prior request from the debtor itself. The resolution is listed as final and was issued on September 12, 2025, while its registration in the Mercantile Registry was carried out on September 30, 2026.

The same judicial agreement orders the suspension of the company GINAR SOCIEDAD LIMITADA in the exercise of the powers of administration and disposal of its assets. These powers are replaced by the Insolvency Administration, which shall exercise them instead of the corporate directors.
